Coinbase Wallet: NFTs & Crypto App User Guide Welcome to the Coinbase Wallet app! This guide will help you navigate the app and make the most of its features, allowing you to securely manage your crypto, NFTs, DeFi activities, and other digital assets. Getting Started Download and Install: Download the Coinbase Wallet app from your device’s app store. Set Up Your Wallet: Open the app and select "Create a New Wallet" to get started. Follow the prompts to create your wallet and securely store your recovery phrase. Make sure to back up your recovery phrase in a safe place, as it’s the only way to restore access to your wallet. If you already have a wallet, you can import it by selecting "Import Wallet" and entering your recovery phrase. Managing Your Assets View Your Portfolio: On the home screen, you’ll see an overview of your crypto holdings, including your balance, transaction history, and real-time price charts. Tap on any asset to view detailed information, including its current price, market trends, and your transaction history. Store and Manage NFTs: Your NFTs are automatically added to your wallet. To view them, go to the "NFTs" tab, where you can see key details like floor price, collection name, and unique attributes. You can also send NFTs to others by selecting the NFT and tapping "Send." Sending and Receiving Crypto Send Crypto: Tap on "Send" from the home screen. Select the cryptocurrency you want to send, enter the recipient’s address, and specify the amount. Review the transaction details and confirm to send the crypto. Receive Crypto: Tap on "Receive" to generate your wallet address or QR code. Share this address with others to receive crypto directly into your wallet. Using DeFi and Staking Earn Yield with DeFi: Access the "DeFi" section in the app to view your DeFi positions and explore opportunities to earn yield through lending, staking, or liquidity provision. Select an option, follow the prompts to stake or lend your crypto, and start earning. Track Your DeFi Portfolio: The "DeFi Portfolio" view lets you monitor all your DeFi activities, including staking rewards and other earnings. Exploring DApps Access Decentralized Apps (DApps): Tap on the "Browser" tab to explore thousands of decentralized apps. You can use these dApps to trade, swap, lend, borrow, or interact with other blockchain-based services directly from your wallet. Use the Web3 Browser: Use the built-in browser to securely interact with web3 sites and dApps, with full control over your private keys. Earning Crypto with Quests Participate in Quests: In the "Quests" section, engage in hands-on learning activities to earn crypto rewards. These tasks may include swapping tokens, staking, or other web3 activities. Complete the tasks and receive crypto rewards directly in your wallet. Security Features Backup Your Wallet: Enable cloud backups of your recovery phrase in the "Settings" menu to ensure you can recover your wallet if you lose your device. Set up biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) for added security when accessing your wallet. Stay Safe from Phishing: The app includes security features to protect you from phishing scams and malicious sites. Always double-check URLs and use the app’s built-in browser for dApps. Buying and Swapping Crypto Buy Crypto: Tap on "Buy" to purchase cryptocurrency using Coinbase Pay. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase and have the funds deposited directly into your wallet. Swap Crypto: Use the "Swap" feature to exchange one cryptocurrency for another. Select the tokens you want to swap, review the exchange rate, and confirm the transaction. Bridge Between Blockchains: If you need to transfer assets between different blockchains, use the "Bridge" feature to move your crypto seamlessly across supported chains. Getting Help Contact Support: If you have questions or need assistance, visit the "Support" section in the app. You can access FAQs, tutorials, or contact customer support directly. Logging Out To log out, tap on your profile icon or the settings menu, and select Log Out. Always log out after each session to keep your account secure.
