Email Blue Mail - Calendar

For Users: Download the Email Blue Mail App: Begin by downloading the Email Blue Mail app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can visit the Blue Mail website if you prefer using a desktop or laptop. Create an Account or Log In: If you're a new user, sign up for a Blue Mail account by entering your email address and creating a password. If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials to access your inbox and calendar. Set Up Your Email Accounts: Once logged in, add your email accounts by selecting your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) and entering your login credentials. You can link multiple accounts, and Blue Mail will combine them into one unified inbox, making it easy to manage all your emails in one place. Access the Calendar: Tap on the Calendar tab to open the integrated calendar feature within the app. The calendar view will display a monthly, weekly, or daily overview, allowing you to easily see your scheduled events, meetings, and appointments. Sync with Other Calendar Platforms: Blue Mail allows you to sync your calendar with other platforms like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar. This makes it easy to integrate your existing calendar schedules into the app and keep everything up-to-date. To sync, go to Settings, select Calendar Sync, and choose the calendar service you want to connect. Create a New Event: To schedule a new event, tap the plus (+) button in the calendar view. Enter the event details such as: Event name. Date and time. Location (optional). Description or any important notes. You can also set reminders to get notified before the event starts. Set Recurring Events: For regular meetings or events, you can set up recurring appointments by selecting the repeat option when creating the event. Choose from options like daily, weekly, or monthly repeats, or create a custom schedule. View and Edit Events: You can easily view upcoming events by scrolling through your calendar. Tap on any event to see more details or to edit the event information. You can adjust the time, description, or reminders, or even delete the event if it’s no longer needed. Manage Email and Calendar Reminders: Blue Mail integrates email reminders with calendar events, so you can receive notifications about important events directly in your email inbox. You can manage these reminders and adjust the settings to receive push notifications or email alerts for upcoming events. Use the Unified Search Feature: The app offers a search bar that allows you to search both your emails and calendar events in one place. This is particularly useful when you need to find specific emails related to an upcoming event or meeting. Access Attachments and Emails Linked to Events: If you receive emails that contain important attachments or details related to an event (e.g., meeting agendas), you can easily access these emails directly from the calendar by tapping the event and viewing the linked emails. Sync with Multiple Devices: If you use Blue Mail across multiple devices (e.g., phone, tablet, desktop), your calendar and email data will sync across all devices, ensuring you have access to the latest information no matter where you are. Use the Smart Filters: Blue Mail allows you to apply smart filters to both emails and calendar events. You can sort your calendar events by date, type, or importance, and manage your emails using filters for ease of access. Set Up Multiple Time Zones: If you’re scheduling meetings or events across different time zones, Blue Mail automatically adjusts the event time to the correct time zone for the recipients, helping prevent scheduling conflicts. Share Your Calendar: For easy collaboration, you can share your calendar or specific events with others. Simply choose the share option, enter the recipient’s email, and they’ll receive an invite to view or edit the event.
