Allow location access or choose your city to find nearby cafes and available delivery zones. 3. Browse the menu, customize your drink or food, select size and add‑ons, and optionally save it as a Favorite. 4. Choose pickup time or delivery address, apply rewards or promo codes, select a payment method, and place your order. 5. Track preparation status in the app, pick up when notified or receive your delivery, then manage rewards, reorders, and receipts in your profile.
