Use your phone camera for quick pulse checks or connect a compatible wearable for continuous tracking. How to use:
1. Download and open Heartlog, create your profile, and allow camera and motion permissions. Optionally connect a wearable and enable Apple Health or Google Fit sync.
2. Take your first reading by placing your fingertip lightly on the rear camera and staying still for 30 to 60 seconds until the result appears.
3. Save and label the reading with tags like resting, post workout, or stress, and add a note if helpful.
4. Check your insights to view daily and weekly trends for resting heart rate, HRV, and workout zones.
5. Customize goals and alerts, set reminders for regular checks, and export your data when you need a report.
