1. Download the app and sign in with your organization credentials, then set up a PIN or biometrics if prompted. 2. Review your daily schedule or patient list and select a patient to open the chart. 3. Document at the point of care by recording vitals, assessments, progress notes, and updating care plans, then save to sync with the EHR. 4. If enabled by your organization, document medication administration and capture required signatures. 5. Use offline mode when connectivity is limited and sync when back online; explore templates, voice dictation, and secure messaging if available.
