Progressive Insurance App User Guide Welcome to the Progressive Insurance App! This guide will walk you through how to use the app to manage your insurance policies, make payments, handle claims, and more. Getting Started Download and Install: Download the Progressive App from your device’s app store. Once installed, open the app. Sign In or Register: Enter your login credentials to sign in. If you’re a new user, tap on "Register" and follow the prompts to create an account. Home Screen Overview The home screen provides a quick overview of your insurance policies and options. From here, you can access different sections of the app: Policies: View details about your insurance policies. Billing: Manage your payments and view billing history. Claims: Report a claim or view the status of an existing claim. Roadside Assistance: Request help in case of vehicle trouble. Snapshot®: Track your driving behavior if you’re enrolled in Snapshot®. Viewing Your Policy Details Tap on Policies from the home screen. Select the policy you want to view. Here, you can see your coverage details, discounts, policy documents, and more. Making a Payment Tap on Billing. Select Make a Payment. Choose your preferred payment method: credit card, debit card, or checking account. Enter the required details and confirm your payment. You can also view your payment history and upcoming payment schedule in this section. Filing a Claim Tap on Claims from the home screen. Select Report a Claim. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide details about the incident. Use your phone’s camera to take photos of the damage and upload them through the app. Submit your claim and track its status in the same section. Requesting Roadside Assistance Tap on Roadside Assistance from the home screen. Confirm your location and the type of help you need (e.g., towing, flat tire, battery jump-start). Submit your request, and help will be on its way. Using Snapshot® Tap on Snapshot® to view your progress in the program. You can track your driving habits and see how they’re impacting your insurance rates. Contacting Your Agent or Claims Representative Tap on Contact from the home screen. Choose to contact your agent or claims representative. You can call or email them directly through the app. Getting a New Quote Tap on Get a Quote from the home screen. Provide the required information to receive a quote for a new insurance policy. If satisfied, you can purchase the policy directly through the app. Submitting Documents If Progressive requests additional documents, you can submit them through the app. Tap on Documents. Use the app’s camera feature to take photos of the required documents. Upload and submit them directly through the app. Logging Out To log out, tap on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen and select Log Out.
