Shyft is a mobile app that helps employees manage their work schedules, swap shifts with coworkers, and make time-off requests. With Shyft, you can post your shift, find coverage, or pick up shifts for extra income. The app also allows easy communication with team members and access to schedules in real-time, making work-life balance easier to manage.

How to use:

Sign Up & Link Your Account: Connect your Shyft account with your workplace. View Your Schedule: Check your upcoming shifts and get push notifications for reminders. Post a Shift: If you can’t make a shift, post it on the Shift Marketplace to find a replacement. Pick Up a Shift: Browse available shifts on the Shift Marketplace and apply to pick one up. Message Team Members: Use the Community tab to send messages or post to team channels. Request Time Off: Submit requests for time off and view your accrual balances for approval. Manage Shifts: Broadcast open shifts, manage applications, and approve shift swaps with ease. VTO Opportunities: Apply for voluntary time off (VTO) when available.
