1. Set up the game by shuffling the cards and placing them face down to form a draw pile. 2. Each player is dealt 12 cards, which they arrange in a 3x4 grid, hiding them from view. 3. On your turn, draw a card from either the draw pile or discard pile and swap it with one of your cards. 4. Aim to minimize the total value of your hidden cards by cleverly swapping and revealing. 5. The game ends when a player reveals all their cards, and points are tallied; the player with the lowest score wins.
