Supershift Shift Work Calendar

Download and Install: For iOS devices, visit the App Store and download "Supershift - Shift Work Calendar." For Android devices, go to the Google Play Store and install "Supershift - Shift Work Calendar." Set Up Your Shifts: Open the app and tap the "+" button to add a new shift. Customize the shift by selecting a color and icon for easy identification. Enter details such as start and end times, breaks, location, and any notes relevant to the shift. Save the shift to add it to your calendar. Define Rotations: If you have a repeating shift pattern, use the rotation feature to define it. Specify the sequence of shifts and the duration of the rotation cycle. Apply the rotation to your calendar to automatically populate your schedule up to two years in advance. Generate Reports: Access the "Reports" section to create reports on earnings, hours worked per shift, overtime, and shift counts. Select the desired report type and time frame to view detailed statistics. Use these insights to analyze your work patterns and manage your time effectively. Sync with External Calendars: In the app settings, enable calendar export to sync your shifts with external calendars like Google or iCloud. This allows you to share your schedule with friends and family or view it alongside personal events. Utilize Widgets and Apple Watch Integration: Add Supershift widgets to your home screen for quick access to your schedule. If you have an Apple Watch, install the Supershift app to view current and upcoming shifts directly on your watch. Use the watch app's countdown timers to keep track of time remaining until your next shift. Customize App Appearance: Switch to dark mode in the app settings for comfortable viewing in low-light environments. Adjust other display settings to personalize the app's appearance to your liking. Backup and Sync Data: Use the cloud sync feature to back up your data and keep it synchronized across multiple devices. This ensures that your schedule is always up-to-date, whether you're using a smartphone or tablet.
