Download and Install the App: Start by downloading the YEGO Mobility app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). Reserve and Unlock a Scooter: Once you’ve located an available scooter, tap on it in the app to reserve and unlock it. You’ll be asked to scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it. This process is fast and allows you to start your ride immediately. The app will also notify you if the scooter requires a quick check (such as ensuring the battery is sufficient or that it’s ready for use). Start Your Ride: After unlocking the scooter, you can begin your ride. The app will display your route, estimated time to destination, and any real-time alerts, such as speed limits or areas to avoid. You can track your ride on the app, which will show the distance traveled, current speed, and ride duration. Pay for Your Ride: YEGO Mobility offers a pay-as-you-go system, where you pay for your ride based on the time or distance you travel. The app will calculate the cost of your ride, and you can easily pay using a variety of payment methods, such as credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other integrated payment systems. You’ll be able to see the cost breakdown in real time, including the rental fee and any additional charges if applicable. End Your Ride: Once you reach your destination, you can end your ride by parking the scooter in a designated parking area. The app will show you nearby locations where you can drop off the scooter. To lock the scooter, simply tap the “End Ride” button in the app, and the scooter will be automatically locked. You will then be charged for the time you used the scooter. View Ride History and Receipts: After your ride, you can view your trip history in the app. This section shows the details of your past rides, including dates, times, duration, and cost. You can download or email receipts for your rides, which is useful for personal tracking or expense purposes. Track Your Credits or Promotions: The app may offer promotional discounts, loyalty programs, or credits that can be used for future rides. You can access these offers directly in the app and apply them to your next rental. Check for any special promotions or partner offers that might be available in your city. Customer Support and Safety Information: If you experience any issues with your scooter or have questions, YEGO Mobility provides a customer support feature in the app. You can contact the support team for assistance or report any issues with the scooter or the ride.
