Lap Counter: Run,Swim Tracker

1. Download and open the app, then choose Run or Swim and set your lap distance or pool length. 2. Configure your session by setting target laps, interval timer, and choosing automatic or manual lap counting. 3. Tap Start to begin the workout; use Lap to record splits manually or let automatic counting track each lap while viewing live pace and time. 4. Tap Stop to end the session, review the summary with splits and averages, and save the workout. 5. Export or sync your session to CSV/GPX or compatible health apps to analyze progress and share with coaches.
