1. Download the app, create an account with email or Google, and choose Personal or Team mode. 2. Set your work schedule, pay period, and overtime rules, then enable location and notification permissions. Add projects and optional geofenced job sites. 3. Start tracking by tapping Start and selecting a project and billable rate, or let auto rules clock you in when you arrive at a saved site. Add breaks and notes as you go. 4. Review your day in Timesheet to edit entries, merge sessions, and categorize tasks. Check daily and weekly summaries for hours, breaks, and overtime. 5. Export timesheets to CSV or Excel, connect to payroll or invoicing, schedule recurring reports, and invite teammates with roles and approval workflows for streamlined attendance and compliance.
